1. Right to Life: All individuals, regardless of species or origin, have an inherent right to life and personal safety. No individual shall be deprived of life intentionally or recklessly.

This includes prohibition of discrimination on any ground such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth, species or other status.

4. Prohibition of Slavery and Forced Labor: Slavery and the slave trade in all their forms are prohibited. No one shall be held in servitude or required to perform forced or compulsory labor.

5. Right to Privacy: Everyone has the right to privacy, including privacy in their personal, family, and home life, and the protection of their personal data.

6. Fair Trial: Every individual is entitled to a fair and public trial by a competent, independent, and impartial tribunal in the determination of their rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against them.

7. Freedom from Torture: No individual shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment.

8. Freedom of Movement: Every individual has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of their state.

9. Right to Asylum: All individuals have the right to seek and to enjoy asylum from persecution in other planets.

10. Environmental Justice: All individuals have the right to a healthy, sustainable environment. The protection of the planet's ecological system is a shared responsibility that must not be compromised for the benefit of any one group or generation.

20. Cyber Laws: Regulations are enforced to combat cybercrime, ensuring online safety and data security for every citizen.

8. The Rule of Law: The rule of law is supreme and every citizen shall be under it and none above it.

9. Abolishment of Death Penalty: Death penalty is completely abolished. Justice will focus on rehabilitation and reformation instead of retribution.

10. Right to a Healthy Environment: All citizens are entitled to a healthy, clean and safe environment and have a right to claim if any damage is caused to their environmental rights.

11. Protection of Children and Vulnerable groups: Extra protection shall be provided to children and vulnerable groups to ensure their safety and security.

12. Digital Rights: The new age rights related to privacy, data protection, and other digital related matters shall be secured for all individuals.

13. Obligation to report crime: All citizens have the responsibility to report any crimes that they witness or have knowledge of. Failure to report crime is punishable by law.

14. Collective rights: Rights of communities and groups like indigenous rights, workers' rights etc. shall be respected and protected.

15. Transparent Governance: All governmental operations shall be transparent and accountable to the public.

These rules reflect a commitment to uphold the fundamental human rights, safeguard the environment and promote justice.

6. Education and Knowledge: Access to education and knowledge is a fundamental right of all inhabitants of New Earth. Ignorance will not be used as an excuse for unlawful actions.

7. Responsibility for Environment: The protection of the environment is the shared responsibility of all New Earth residents. Violation of environmental rules and regulations will result in legal action.

8. Work Rights: Every individual has the right to choose their employment and has the right to just and favorable conditions of work, including equal pay for equal work.

9. Right to Peaceful Protest: Individuals and groups have the right to peacefully protest against laws, decisions, and actions they disagree with.

10. Democracy and Participation: The governance of New Earth will be based on principles of democracy. All inhabitants are entitled to participate in the governance of New Earth, directly or through their freely chosen representatives.

These are but few of the primary Justice rules of the New Earth, but they set the standard for fair, impartial, and equitable treatment of all residents. They act as the fundamental guidelines that govern life and human interactions on New Earth.

3:1. Every human has a fundamental right to life, freedom, and security.

2. Discrimination, whether it be on grounds of race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, age, disability, or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.

3. Freedom of thought, belief, opinion, and expression is protected under the law.

4. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a fair and impartial court of law.

5. Torture, inhumane or degrading treatment or punishment, is absolutely prohibited.

6. Each individual has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to fair and satisfactory working conditions and to protection against unemployment.

7. All individuals have the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of themselves and of their family, including food, clothing, housing, and medical care.

8. Education should be free and compulsory for all until at least the secondary level.

9. Every human being has the right to participate in their government either directly or through chosen representatives. The will of the people should be the basis of governmental authority.

10. Every person has the right to equal access to public service in his or her country.

11. Human beings have the right to enjoy freedom from state or personal interference in the above rights.

12. No person may be arrested, detained or exiled arbitrarily. Everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect by law enforcement officials and the judiciary.

13. Everyone has the right to seek asylum from persecution in other countries.

14. All have the right to live in peace, free from war and violence.

15. Each person has the right to their own property and can not be arbitrarily deprived of it.

16. Respect for nature and all living beings is a duty for all human beings. This includes the obligation to take steps to protect and preserve the planet for future generations.

These laws must be implemented without exception and maintained universally for the progress, peace, and prosperity of New Earth. Any violation of these rights and freedoms may be punished by law.

8. Freedom of movement: All inhabitants of New Earth have the right to freely move, travel, and settle anywhere on the planet, subject to any necessary restrictions to protect indigenous cultures, sensitive ecosystems, and endangered species.

6:1. Every citizen of New Earth has the right to a fair and just trial.

2. Freedom of speech, thought, and belief is ensured for all, provided they do not incite harm or violence against others.

3. Equality before the law is ensured. Regardless of a person's race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or socio-economic status, they are to be treated with the same dignity and respect by the law.

4. Every citizen is guaranteed the right to privacy in their personal life and communications, unless their actions directly harm or endanger others.

5. Punishment for a crime will always be in proportion to the severity of the offence. Capital punishment and any forms of torture are strictly prohibited.

7. All children have the right to education. Every citizen has the right to pursue knowledge, intellectual development, and skill development without discrimination.

8. Universal healthcare is ensured to all citizens, the aim of which is to ensure a healthy life for every inhabitant of New Earth.

9. A clean environment is considered a universal right. Policies that promote sustainability and ecological balance are mandatory for all sectors.

10. A social security system is established to provide assistance for elderly, disabled, unemployed, and disadvantaged individuals.
