If you take the time out to read this complaint I wrote you more than forty of them nothing changed. I was told if I have any problems with New York government I suppose to contact your head of department of justice. About four years ago one of the head of the subway NYPD step to me at the 179 Train station. He told me that I must not jump the subway I don't do anything like that but he told me to do that, he when on with other conversations word he spoke was police is the one that harassing and stealing from me and if I see The police at the subway do not ask them to let me in I must go to the other subway.

I follow that because I have no income. The police department is every corrupted they told them not to give me tickets at the 169 subway on hillside I Was stop by cops and give a one hundred dollars tickets to do what I was told by the head of the NYPD, the 107 precent was the one that gives me the ticket.
The hold system is against me to stand up for my human rights the police system steal from me and that is not how the law operates.that government is getting lock down online they are upset because I stand up for what is right, question how come America government abolished slavery and attacking the people and holding on to my money and high light all my songs lyrics and own all my beat and my media Platforms.
What right the police system has that I can't do music at any age and what right the police have owning what belongs to me.
What right the police department has over the public Earnings when they do business online or off line and they can steal it and Cash it's.
What right the police have sending police to harass me all day long and when I try to get away from it they give me tickets when I was to follow rules we agree on what the head of department of justice told me.
